This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from our store and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable E-commerce Rules, 2020.
Our return window is valid for 7–30 days (depending on product category) from the date of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Very Important)
- Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the package The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Shipping label
- Complete unboxing process
Without unboxing video proof, we will NOT accept any claims for:
- Missing items
- Damaged products
- Wrong product received
Eligibility for Return
- Product must be unused, unactivated, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
- Product must not show any physical damage or tampering
Strict Non-Returnable Conditions
We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Product has been activated or registered
- After activation, only brand/manufacturer warranty applies
- No refund under any condition
- Physical damage after delivery
- Including accidental damage, water damage, or misuse
- Used productsSale / discounted items Digital/downloadable products
Damaged / Wrong Product (DOA Policy)
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item
- Missing items
You must:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Product and packaging photos
After verification:
- Eligible for replacement only
- No refund will be issued
Refund Policy
If your return is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {info@impressionalfoto.com} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Deductions & Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
- Refund may be rejected or partially deducted if:
- Missing items/accessories
- Product is not in original condition
Exchanges & Warranty
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective (DOA) products
After activation:
